One definition of healing is "becoming whole again".

Wholeness is fostered by integration: mind with body, self with others, the new with the old. I'm here to foster the innate human capacity for healing in those who work with me, and as a consultant to health care professionals.

My approach to treatment integrates neuroscience, depth psychology, and stress and coping research to address the physical, emotional and existential aspects of problems. Although I specialize in the intersection of psychology and medicine (health psychology), and in treating the effects of childhood and adult trauma, I work with a broad range of mental health issues, such as relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, and poor self esteem.

I feel privileged to do this work, and welcome you here...
